Key Responsibilities:
Vehicle Maintenance and Repairs:
Perform thorough diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on a variety of vehicles used in the manufacturing process, ensuring their safe and efficient operation.
Conduct routine inspections and implement preventive maintenance measures to identify and address potential issues proactively.
Troubleshooting:
Utilize your expertise in mechanics and diagnostics to identify and resolve mechanical challenges efficiently.
Collaborate with fellow maintenance team members to collectively troubleshoot and solve complex mechanical issues.
Continuous Improvement:
Offer valuable insights and recommendations to enhance vehicle reliability, performance, and safety.
Participate actively in continuous improvement projects aimed at optimizing maintenance processes.
Technical Support:
Provide technical guidance and support to junior technicians and maintenance staff.
Collaborate closely with our Spare Parts Specialist to ensure the accurate selection and availability of required vehicle components.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or vocational training in automotive or mechanical engineering is preferred.
Proven experience as a service engineer or mechanic within the vehicle manufacturing or automotive industry, showcasing a track record of successful diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs.
Extensive knowledge of vehicle systems, components, and specialized tools.
Proficiency in interpreting technical schematics, blueprints, and manuals specific to vehicle manufacturing.
Exceptional problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
Effective communication skills for seamless coordination with fellow maintenance personnel, supervisors, and technical support teams.
