You know how relevant service offers contribute to sales growth and can take a holistic view when identifying new business opportunities. Together with your strong interpersonal skills and your ability to communicate in an inspirational way, you influence internal and external stakeholders and build trustful relationships.
To succeed in this role, you have the following:
• Proven senior management working experience on strategic business development (preferably in commercial, retail, customer or similar) and in an omnichannel reality
• Solid experience in stakeholder- and change management
• Successfully lead projects or processes on country/global level
• Good knowledge of transformational change and how to lead in the unknown, especially in complex and transformational areas
• Extensive knowledge in planning, demand and forecasting processes relevant to service business and omnichannel retailing
Your responsibilities
In the role as Service Implementation and Operations Leader, you will support the development of the service offer agenda and relevant topics service offers such as meeting new behaviors, entering new segments, with a consistent experience in all channels.
You will also coach and support markets to be in lead of implementing new capabilities to enable growth, ensure best practice and good examples to lead the way to adoption, enabling fast time to market and realized benefits for the initiatives.
Some job specific tasks and responsibilities:
• Responsible to integrate commercial service products into omnichannel planning to enable a seamless total offer
• Lead and co-create new way of working with development and operations for the commercial service product agenda with stakeholders across the value chain, for a great seamless omnichannel customer experience
• Responsible for the test and trial hub for the service offer, to enable best practices with markets
This role is in Malmö, and you will report to the Service Offer Manager.
