Arbetsbeskrivning
Scania's purpose is to drive the shift towards a sustainable transport system, creating a world of mobility that is better for business, society and the environment. To this end, our corporation is undergoing a radical transformation, from being a global traditional heavy vehicle manufacturer to becoming a leading provider of complete sustainable transport solutions. Communication and digital technologies are key elements, among several, for a successful realization of the ongoing transformation.
What we are looking for
Our Service Portfolio and Delivery organisation is looking for an experienced individual who excels at conveying information, news and ideas. This individual will help us develop how and what we communicate regarding our service portfolio particularly through our digital channels.
You will also play an important role in our internal communication. You do this by helping the organisation to create and share relevant information, in a suitable format, in the right channels or forums.
Who we are
The Scania Service Portfolio and Delivery organisation is an agile organisation with an end-to-end responsibility for our global service offering. The organisation comprises 250+ people in Södertälje, but collaborates with our global network and customers in co-creation of customer value.
Our responsibility reaches from the over half a million connected vehicles operating in logistics streams around the world and the services around them, to the digitalisation of our customer interfaces as well as our global retail network and workshops. We are also exploring different kinds of collaborations and partnerships within our eco-system that could accelerate our ability to create customer value.
What you will do
You will be part of a small strategy team that supports our management team and organisation with coordinating and creating communication for primarily our external digital channels.
You will work closely with our service development organisation, cross-functionally with other Scania business areas and our corporate communications department, but also reaching out to our markets and customers to understand how to best shape our message.
An important part of your assignment will also be to support internal communication connected to our services and our transformation as a whole.
You will report to and work closely with our Head of Strategy and Business Support but lead your own projects with close interaction with relevant stakeholders.
To be successful in this role, you should:
• Be an experienced communications professional with an analytical mindset and a creative take, working with online communication and campaigns, from idea to creation and follow up.
• Be able to interpret communication assignments and how to convert them into online communication for different stakeholders, in different channels.
• Have expertise in collecting and analysing data and actively seek solutions to optimize our communication to customers and other stakeholders.
• Have a good understanding of response metrics used to measure cost per lead - ROAS, web traffic sources, and lead conversion rate.
• Know how to drive growth and create value for online audiences.
• Be able to cooperate cross-functionally, but driven to take responsibility to deliver results either by yourself or by leading others.
• We believe that you should have a university degree and at least 3 years of experience in working with communication, preferably in the services sector.
• Have experience working in international contexts that require communication skills in English
