ABB Electrification Service is one of the leading providers of electrical power products, systems and services around the world. We strive to be close to our customers and are therefore represented in several locations around Sweden – from Gällivare in the north to Malmö in the south. The market is growing and we need to be more, which is why we are now looking for a Service Coordinator in electric power. Our mission is to provide services that increase reliability, availability and profitability and reduce the environmental impact of the customer's production facilities. We cover the entire life cycle of the plant and help our customers to work with continuous improvements.
ABB Electrification offers you the opportunity to develop as a Service Coordinator where you help customers and engineers every day to plan service, upgrades, replacements, troubleshooting and emergency assignments in switchgear facilities.
The role means that you have the customer in focus and thrive in a central role with many internal and external stakeholders with the goal of meeting or exceeding customer expectations.
You will report to the Project Manager for ELSE Sweden and at your disposal you will have a team of talented colleagues who will support you in the role.
The position is hybrid with placement in Västerås.
Your responsibilities
Planning and coordination: Responsible for planning and coordinating service assignments, including resource management and scheduling of technicians.
Communication and collaboration: Be the customer's first point of contact and collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and on-time delivery through effective communication and collaboration.
Follow-up and reporting: Follow up on service efforts, document work performed and report to stakeholders to ensure transparency and accuracy in service deliveries.
Your background
Experience: You should have previous experience of working in Kraftservice as a Service Technician, Project Manager or Coordinator.
Planning and organizational skills: Strong skills in planning, organizing, and prioritizing tasks. You are also service-minded and structured to ensure efficiency and accuracy in service deliveries.
Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills and the ability to establish and maintain good relationships both internally and externally.
Independence and initiative: Ability to work independently and take initiative, while being a strong team player who enjoys collaborating and supporting their colleagues.
Technical understanding: Basic knowledge of electric power and technical understanding are meritorious to be able to understand and handle different service needs and challenges.
Language skills: Fluency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written, to be able to communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
Systems and IT: You should have good computer skills. Experience from SAP and Salesforce is an advantage.
