Contract Management is part of Digital Legal within the Corporate Services area, and we are developing, delivering, and maintaining digital products that enable the business processes of Polestar corporate functions. We offer an opportunity that is best suited for someone that is interested to work in a global context, driving the design of best-in-class digital solutions to support the area of Contract Management. We are in the phase of scaling up and you would be part of setting the foundation of how Polestar manages Contract Management.

This position is located at our HQ, in Gothenburg. We understand that work-life balance isn’t easy, and of course, welcome our employees to work flexible hours and from home a couple of days per week if needed. We believe in empowerment.

What you'll do

As a Service Lead, you have a broad and important role for the team. You will drive the development and oversee the delivery of our services for Contract Management at Polestar on a global level across all Polestar markets. You will drive and coordinate the team activities such as:

- Lead the daily execution, planning, and coordination of the team's responsibilities, and work proactively with removing obstacles for the team

- Work closely with key business stakeholders, other digital teams, and suppliers to develop sustainable and efficient solutions

- Set the technical direction and vision in collaboration with the Digital Lead, suppliers, and other Service Leads as well as mentor and coach the team members and engage hands-on in the daily operations

- Establish and organize the team’s service operations, including releases, end-user training, service transition, and incident management (KB, SLA levels)

- Responsible for highlighting resource needs and responsibility for technical assessment in the hiring process

We are looking for an excellent team player with good organizational, communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills. You should be eager to lead and coach a team and have a drive and self-motivation with a focus on results and a strong sense of accountability. You are also a proactive doer and enjoy working in a high pace environment.

To be a great fit for this position we believe you have:

- Broad digital experience in most of the areas: SaaS solutions, CLM and Contract Management, Project Management, Operations, and Maintenance and Support
Interest in Contract Lifecycle Management
Comfortable in dealing with business stakeholders and business topics
Good understanding of data flows, data security, and integration design
Experience with agile methodologies and tools.
