We are looking for a Service Lead with passion for Ops in DevOps that wants to be a part of our Product Development journey

We are taking the next step in our SaaS and DevOps journey to increase fast deliveries with high quality to our customers. Our Product Development DevOps teams have full ownership for their services' lifecycle, and as the Service Lead you will guide and coach the teams so that they can continuously improve their service operations to meet and exceed our commitments to our customers. Importantly, you will also guide our customers in the future way of support of our SaaS products in their Connected Car Ecosystem. You will be the main driver in our efforts to improve how we enhance self service and automate the capabilities to help our customers understand the SaaS Products operation status.

There will be times when you will need to step in to coordinate and drive complex incident and problem investigations helping the teams resolve issues within SLA. This can happen any time, so there might be occasions that you need to work outside normal working hours. You are not alone, you are part of a program´s leadership team and together we work closely to secure uptime of our Products.

- Experience and passion for reliability of services and for automating operational support
- DevOps experience with focus on Ops and a strong will to take our products to the next steps in the DevOps journey
- A drive for relentless improvement of the complete product lifecycle
- The ability to establish and maintain good relations with internal and external stakeholders
- Knowledge of Agile and ITIL methodologies
- A Servant leadership mindset
- Fluent English skills, in both speech and writing


Valuable Competence:

- A background in agile software product development and/or operation and support of software products.
- An university degree within SW development area
- Experience with cloud environments, e.g. AWS and Azure
