Service Leader

Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Service Leader who is experienced in supporting the company in the management and the relationship of the company's suppliers from their web platform, which is built on Episerver / Optimizely.

What you'll do:
● Develop a KPI performance measurement framework to evaluate service delivery and publish performance metrics monthly.
● Use the CMS computer system to do check-ins, check-outs, posting and auditing.
● Manage development efforts and work in the borderland between project management and system management.
● Fostering and maintaining relationships with senior external and internal stakeholders to correctly manage expectations and achieve successful program outcomes.
● Reviewing current portfolio of engagements and driving project profitability, adherence to cost estimates, forecast accuracy, and revenue recognition for programs/projects.

Who you are:
● Solid experience in delivering excellent client service, and people and change management.
● Prior experience in, program development, quality improvement, and project management preferred.
● Communicating with 3rd party companies and sub-contractors.
● Excellent communication, teamwork skills, inter-personal and Organizational skills.
