Service Supply Chain is as a team responsible for ensuring global parts availability, on-time delivery, inventory and life cycle management. The position requires communication with several functions in the organization and will be involved in the full life cycle of the product from definition to verification/validation to installed base support and finally obsolescence.


What you'll do
Setting FRU (spare part) strategies and interfacing with other Cytiva organizations such as Manufacturing, Service Operations, Service Product Management, Sourcing and Supplier Quality.
Providing high quality service deliverables within the scope of New Product Introduction projects and Product Care activities (Phase In/Phase out, End of Service Life and Obsolescence).
Driving technical solutions and program leadership to improve the product, processes and/or technology.
Maintaining effective quality systems compliant with Cytiva Quality policies.



Who you are
5 years relevant work experience
Self-motivated, self-starter with the ability to work independently and learn quickly
Understand that the customers determine our success
Demonstrated technical domain knowledge by being current on engineering design principles, architectures and advancements in engineering concepts and technologies
Effective communication skills and boundless behaviour—ability to present ideas clearly and concisely
Demonstrated technical depth with problem-solving techniques
Experience of working in project teams meeting deadlines and deliverables
Fluent speaking and writing in English language



Desired:
Experience working in a Service or Systems Engineering team
Experience from the Life Sciences business
Hands-on approach with regards to installations, upgrades and repairs
Design For Serviceability (DFS) and/or Design For Reliability (DFR) experience
Experience of PDM-systems (Magic)
Experience in ERP-systems (Oracle)
Experience of defining requirement specifications
Experience of technical writing
