Service Lift Technician (39663)

We at Vestas are looking for a Service Lift Technician in Arlöv.

Region NCE > SBU NCE Service > Skåne/Halland
This role will be part of Service Götaland. You will work in a team of 2, where you will cover a large part of southern Sweden together with another specialist team that starts from northern Svealand. The planning of your work period will be done in close collaboration with Team Leaders, Planning and the Customer Service Team in Malmö. Responsibilities
The position requires accuracy and professionalism as the quality and personal safety of our service work are highly considered. To achieve goals in this role, we believe you possess good knowledge of electricity as well as being service-minded.
Your responsibilities will include:
Carry out service and maintenance on lifts within the framework of our Service Agreements
Preventive maintenance and repair as needed, both mechanical and electrical
Troubleshooting and correcting any errors, as well as ensuring functionality
Responsibility for own service car and spare parts stock
Documentation of work performed, according to current protocol
Ensure good communication between you and your closest colleague as well as with the customers


Qualifications
In order to be fully effective with the tasks, we believe that you are a person who has an interest in mechanics, is service-oriented and business-minded.
We are looking for you who have:
Experience or training in electricity or mechanics. You are also willing to develop your skills in these areas
Good general computer skills, Microsoft office
Good knowledge of both Swedish and English (group language) in speech and writing
Previous experience as a service technician or similar work is merited
Driving licence B, without restrictions

Additional information
Vesta's wind turbines are located all over Sweden. Therefore, you will be required to be away for up to 2 weeks at a time in a rolling scheduele. You will start from our warehouse in Arlöv (alternatively Halmstad) where your work period begins and ends.
A requirement for obtaining employment is that one is approved for the mast and pole certificate, which consists of a stress EKG and medical examination, which is carried out during the recruitment process.
