Verisure Innovation is looking for a highly skilled Service Management Lead who is successful in leading change with a process and improvement-oriented mindset. If you are experienced in development and maintenance of IT solutions and service management, as well has having great knowledge of ITIL, you might be the one we are looking for!

The Verisure Innovation Centre in Malmö is Sweden’s award-winning innovation center for the connected & protected smart-home market. We create services and products for smarter, safer and more secure homes, serving customers throughout Northern Europe. 

In the position as Service Management Lead you will be responsible for the IT service management processes, including incident, problem and change, supporting and facilitating our IT and R&D organization regarding both general service management routines and when launching new products and services. In addition to this you will focus on tools supporting our processes and work with continuous improvements as well as delivering service performance reporting and KPI: s.

This role is a part of the newly established service performance organization that is responsible for facilitating and enabling the product and service owners within Verisure Innovation to take accountability for IT service management. You will work in close collaboration with several stakeholders both within IT, R&D and the countries where we have alarm receiving centers and sales organizations. An important part of the work is to lead work with implementation, leading change and continuous improvements related to service management processes and tools.

What you bring

We are looking for you who has several years of experience working close to IT and R&D organizations, both with development and maintenance of IT solutions, service management and ITIL knowledge. You have experience in working with processes and tools supporting the organization and is an experienced leader who feels confident taking the lead in change as well as work in close cooperation with stakeholders on different levels.

Since we are a global company, you need to be fluent in English. Experience from Atlassian products like Confluence, Jira and Jira SD as well as experience from an agile way of working is seen as meritorious.
