IKEA IT Delivery is looking for an experienced and goal-oriented Service Manager to lead IT deliveries for the Sales process!

Service Manager
We are all leaders in taking responsibility for the things we need to achieve. As Service Manager you are accountable for all releases and line work connected to the running services within the Sales process, this includes the aspects of stakeholder and supplier relationship, delivery and co-workers. You know your business processes and how the users and customers perceive their situation. You share business knowledge within IT Delivery and you have a high ability to prioritise and make business needs known.

We are looking for you who are inspiring, motivating and have strong leadership capabilities. You are interested in IT and have the desire and capability to maximize the value and efficiency of IT services. You are committed to your goals and enjoy working in a fast-paced and future-oriented environment.

We believe that you have:
- At least 5 years experience working in a leadership role and preferably from a global IT business environment.
- Experience from working in a sourced environment.
- Understanding of how IT adds business value.
- Experience of service management.
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English, spoken and written.
- Good track record of achieving results.

As a person you are good at establishing and maintaining trustful relationships. You have a holistic approach with the ability to work both at strategic and tactical levels.
As a manager we expect you to uphold and develop ethics and company values, and to lead by example. You energize co-workers with an open mind and respect, you see that every person have something to contribute with. You do things in a simple and effective way.
