Tetra Pak Processing North Europe is reorganising in line with the Market Area concept where the Technical Sales & Service organisations in the former four market companies, The Baltic States, Denmark, Finland and Sweden is merged into one Processing Technical Sales & Service team for MA Nordics.
The Technical Sales and Service organisation is now looking for a Service Manager to lead and develop the Automation Service and Field Service teams for processing solutions in MA Nordics.
You will report to the TS&S leader for MA Nordics
The main responsibilities of this position are:
Continue building and develop the Automation Service team
Drive competence development of the Field Service team
Claims handling and process(
Management responsibility for the team of service engineers
Education and Language:
Engineer Degree with focus on Automation, Engineering or equivalent experience
Fluent in one of the Nordic/Baltic languages, preferably Swedish or Danish
Excellent spoken and written English
Professional Experience and Skills:
Well documented working experience in Automation
Experience from work within processing organisations is an advantage
Result-oriented and persistent with a long term perspective in day-to-day business
Previous Management experience is an advantage
Kvalifikationer
Personal Qualifications:
We are looking for a person with proven capabilities in managing skills and individually operating employees.Your communication skills do match the challenges of managing staff at distant locations.Understanding of networking and the challenges in the market place and its customers are prerequisites.We are looking for a personality with a high drive and a proactive approach.
