Tamro Group is reinforcing its IT with a Service Manager Tamro Group is the leading pharmaceutical wholesaler in Northern Europe with retail pharmacies in Norway, Estonia, Lithuania, Latvia and Poland.The Group operates in Nordic and Baltic countries and Poland.Tamro's average share of pharmaceutical wholesaling in the Nordic countries is approximately 54%.Tamro's net sales amount to approximately EUR 5.5 billion and the company employs about 5500 staff. Tamro Group Corporate IT functions purpose is to deliver shared services over the whole group.Services include both technologies and applications.We are now strengthening our service management concept with a Service Manager with focus on our ERP service. As Service Manager you are responsible of delivering the service according to agreed SLA and Tamro Corporate IT standard routines. The primary tasks of this position will be: Overall responsible for management and development of the service Reporting to and management with the service steering group Co-ordination of all IT activities in the service area. Responsible for system development, securing proper prioritization[ Contribute in development of new processes and IT solutions for business regarding the service to ensure IT to be a business improvement tool in Tamro Roadmaps and release planning Key contact in major incidents Ensuring SLA agreement delivery and follow-up Ensuring implementation and follow up of legal-, security- and policy issues Financial Management including budgeting and follow-up Internal/External cost awareness and effectiveness Vendor management; coordination and steering of vendors and consultants Co-operation with Corporate IT, local IT and third party vendors Establish and maintain strong working relationship with business unit directors and managers, department heads and process owners We are looking for a person with the following profile: Senior level experience (at least 5 years) from IT management, specifically in the area of ERP applications. Experience with IT Service management and support processes according to ITIL Oracle JD Edwards experience is considered positive Project Management skill Knowledge and understanding of logistics and distribution processes Capability to work in teams, independently and capacity to coordinate many activities simultaneously Negotiation and IT service purchasing skills Good analytical ability and communications skills in English Readiness to travel since we are working with many countries Willingness to take on new challenges and responsibilities University degree This position can be based in Vantaa, Finland, Gothenburg, Sweden, Copenhagen, Denmark or Oslo, Norway since Tamro IT is located at these places.
