We are looking now for an experienced Service Manager to Product & Production, Assurance Services organization within Telia IT. In Product & Production we continuously consolidate and develop our OSS backend systems, thereby, Simplicity and Automation are driving our activities to support our business and stakeholders in the most efficient way. We are looking for motivated drivers to succeed in our journey.
Your next challenge?
As a Service Manager you will have the operational responsibility for the Production Assurance Capability service. You will have a key role in making our deliveries transparent, predictable and efficient, thus assisting stakeholders in IT and business in decision-making process to secure quality and customer satisfaction. The Production Assurance Service consist of e2e cooperation of various IT capabilities delivering each one part of the e2e solution, and shared service capabilities delivering to all IT capability teams.
Responsibilities
Single point of contact towards several business stakeholders when it comes to Service.
Responsible for the service end-2-end, i.e. that the service is delivered as promised in terms of capabilities, quality and cost as agreed in OLAs.
Driving problem solving with a proactive/preventative approach.
Ensures correct mapping of resources, processes and data and their interdependent configurations in defined technical environments related to the service.
Monitors, evaluates and reports service performance on a daily/weekly basis and take correctional actions when needed.
Facilitates service meetings with stakeholders as well as operational collaboration meetings with e.g. Product Owner, Resource Owners, Resource Managers, Key users, Vendors, Specialists.
Administration of the Capability-related Purchase Orders towards vendors as well as administration of Consultants and their on-/offboarding,
Contribution to build-up of an empowered, self-sufficient IT Capability / Agile team building and running services as one part of a service to a Value Stream Assurance.
Who are you?
Knowledge and experience
You have a technical background, university degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
Experience as a Service Manager or equivalent at least for 3 years in a multi-vendor ecosystem.
ITIL v4 framework, Service metrics and their development.
Familiar in Agile /SAFe development, tools and general DevOps way of work.
Excellent technical understanding of e.g. integrations, service assurance workflows, automation.
Experience in BMC product used for Service Assurance processes Incident-, Problem-, Change.
Personal characteristic
Excellent in structured communication in English oral and written, making things happen.
You feel comfortable having your own dedicated responsibilities.
You understand the importance in delivering quality and being thorough.
You like to solve tasks as an individual or in virtual teams, where the ambition is to grow together with the team to a high level in Agile and DevOps maturity.
You are positive and open for new ideas and changes and can present them structured way to stakeholders.
