We are now looking for a Service Manager to join the Customer Service team within the Global Sales organization at Axis Communications. What will you Do?
Customer Services is responsible for creating new service offerings and maintaining existing offerings to fulfill customer needs and expectations. The team is also responsible for creating prerequisites for our Head Regional Technical Service organizations to deliver world class support in a cost-efficient way.
The Service Manager will work closely with Head Regional Technical Services, Global Sales, Operations and other organizations within Axis in both development and implementation of new service offerings.
Your main area of responsibility will be around our important Warranty and Return (RMA) offerings, and you will thereby have the responsibility for the roadmap, set targets and be driving improvements of these services and offerings.
You will also be involved in the work with the IT tools related to these offerings, so IT background/knowledge is a big advantage.
This position will be based in Lund but traveling to the Regional Technical Services organizations is a natural part of the job. This position reports to the Manager of Customer Services.
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for a person with a background within the area of customer service and relevant experience from working with customer journeys and service design is preferable.
Experience from a product management or project management role and the ability to drive global initiatives is important. You should also have the knowledge about how to collect and analyze customer needs and to use those in strategic planning. Being open minded and self-driven with an interest in building close business relations both in- and outside of the Global Sales organization is key.
