IT is a crucial part of this transformation as Scania’s success is depending on flexible and efficient IT solutions that support current and future business requirements.



Are you a solution-orientated person with experience in IT who wants to work in a lead role, responsible for the IT services to Production & Logistics? We are now looking for a Service Manager to join our journey at Scania IT. Could that be you? Please go ahead!


The Team
You will be part of a team within Production & Logistics IT that are responsible for MOM functionality (APRISO platform). The team is handling both development and maintenance as well as support globally, so it’s an end-to-end responsibility.

As the team is supporting production and logistics the pace is high and demanding.  

Our team members comes from various backgrounds and English is the common language used.
Typical roles in the team are software architects and developers, but as the team works cross-functionally several roles will be included at one time or another. 



Your main responsibilities 
Together with your team, you are responsible for ensuring that all functional improvement and maintenance activities are carried out with quality and according to the customer's short- and long-term needs.

The position includes: 


• Work with your team to establish and maintain a culture based on servant leadership and autonomy as well as a great place to work.
• Drive and improve processes for your team.
• Work closely with Scania's production units and understand how they work and what they need.
• Follow up on the deliveries and take a proactive approach.
• Together with other team leaders and scrum masters in the area, work to improve and implement common methods and ways of working. 



Your profile
To be successful in this role you have the will and courage to lead others in groups with a coaching approach and with the ability to clear obstacles. You can also create good conditions for others to grow. Furthermore, you are structured, self-propelled, and enjoy working in change towards a long-term goal. You are good at communicating and collaborating with others and have good stakeholder management skills. You have a great commitment and a drive to deliver and improve.  

Required:


• 2-5 years of experience in previous work as a Scrum Master, Team Leader, or maintenance manager.
• A university degree in IT, or relevant professional experience.
• Great interest and experience in working with agile methods for system development.
• Express yourself well in speech and writing in both Swedish and English.

We have a hybrid policy which means that you have the possibility to work both from home and from the office. If you live in Stockholm, we offer direct bus service between Stockholm City – Liljeholmen – Södertälje, Scania Job Express. We also open our office hub in Stockholm Sergel in the beginning of November!
