Are you an experienced service manager looking for a new challenge?
We are extending our IAM Governance team and are seeking an additional service manager to our Privilege Access Management team. We are looking for a passionate, driven individual with a positive attitude who enjoys working on multiple ongoing activities.
About the role
As a service manager, you will lead the team working with Privileged Access Management. You will have close contact with our stakeholders, plan and prioritize daily work, make decisions, and deliver quality work towards our common goals. Your main tasks will include team leading, process and business development, budget and capacity planning, strategy, and compliance.
Who are you?
You are a self-motivated and passionate individual with a strong interest in IT security and Privileged Access Management. You are a team player who can inspire others and appreciate working in a diverse team, solving tasks together. Furthermore, you have excellent communication and presentation skills and are proficient in written and spoken Swedish and English. Furthermore, we believe you;
*          Experienced in service management within IT.
*          Solid experience within the PAM area.
*          Master in communicating and defining roadmaps.
