Fortum Consumer Solutions is looking for a Service Manager of Analytical Data & Solutions.

You will play a key role and have the overall responsibility for the management of the digital solutions that we create related to analytical data. You will have responsibility for supporting our business and IT in the best possible way with analytical data solutions.

You must have:

- Minimum a bachelor's degree in IT or business administration.
- Five or more years of relevant experience in IT and business/industry
- Experience with leading teams
- Experience with analytical data and data processes
- Oral and written professional proficiency in English


What you will do:

- Be a line manager for the people in the respective area and ensuring required competencies
- Ensure that services and products meet the agreed service level and customer satisfaction with business
- Have financial and contract management responsibility of the services and products
- Manage the Service Portfolio and Investment Portfolio in respective area
- Have responsibility for analytical customer data solutions, availability reports to stakeholders
