Service Manager and Infrastructure engineer to Scania IT

To this exciting, dynamic and diverse environment we are now looking for a Service manager with Infrastructure engineer experience, to Contracted Services IT team.

What to expect 

You will join as Service Manager for teams that work with Support and Maintenance of applications that support our Sales & Services departments with their Contracted Services business. We provide premium experience to our customers globally, supporting and maintaining current and future IT services that support Scania’s Contracted services process. 

You will play a central role in our team and will have many contacts around the Scania organisation. You will be involved in the whole support and maintenance process from daily incident and ticket management, infrastructure management to release planning. You will work in close cooperation with the customers, product owners and development teams on issues relating to support and maintenance – both short and long term.

Your profile

We equally highly value previous experience as Infrastructure engineer and Service Manager experience.

In addition, we think you have the following skills: 
-Hands on experience of JIRA, ServiceCenter, BMC Remedy  

-Knowledge about SQL/MySQL 

-Knowledge of C# .NET Applications   

-Knowledge about Soap UI 

-Knowledge about AWS, Azure CI/CD Pipeline 

-Knowledge about Webservices (soap based, Rest based) 

-Knowledge about Soap integrations and REST integrations 

-Knowledge about Rest API

Location 
Scania headquarter is located less than 40 km south of Stockholm city. It is easily accessible by regional train, commuter train, bus or car. Scania's own bus line, Scania Job Express, goes from Stockholm city directly to Scania in Sodertalje. However, we work from wherever we can be awesome, combining work from home and office depending on teams need.
