We are currently searching for a Service Manager Customer Experience and Customer Need To Value to join our company. The purpose of the position is to manage supplier relations within the area of Customer Experience and Product Lifecycle in collaboration with delivery teams and procurement, monitoring service levels, including incidents and developing effective ways of working with relevant suppliers. You will manage services across a number of market sites as well as our headquarter and secure that we drive a continues improvement agenda with our partners and suppliers.


KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Manage relations with suppliers in area and drives governance for suppliers.
Responsible for measuring, capturing feedback, evaluating and improving quality & performance of services including ways of working.
Facilitate dialogue with delivery teams, procurement and other internal stakeholders relating to suppliers and supplier agreements. Supports in negotiations.
Drive & develop action plans with suppliers & partners resolving issues.
Monitors license portfolio and facilitates license discussions.
Secure smooth transition from development into operations securing fulfillment of all necessary requirements & documents.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
Master degree in Engineering/Computer Science/Information Technology or Business degree with relevant work experience.
Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience; Minimum of 3 years working with monitoring and management of suppliers in IT.
Strong negotiation skills
Experience from agile development and DevOps methods including understanding of end-to-end Software Delivery Lifecycle processes.
Documented experience from applying digital technology creating business effect.
Demonstrated business acumen and relevant experience of business, customers and/or functional area.
Ability to gain understanding of customers’ business processes and unmet needs, while also managing expectations and scope.
Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills & relations with ability to work effectively with stakeholders in complex organizations.
