Do you want to work at the frontlines of web technology for one of the most known and loved brands in the world and help us deliver home furnishing inspiration, eCommerce and a state-of-the-art multichannel user experience to millions of visitors every day?

In order to strengthen our eCommerce capabilities we are now looking for a Service Manager Development Management to our new Multichannel/Ecommerce unit within IKEA IT Delivery. The overall target of the unit is to secure the end-to-end service delivery of our e Commerce and WEB services. We shall ensure that the services are available at all times, that the performance is outstanding and meets our customers? expectations and needs.

As a Service Manager within Development Management you have the overall business, financial and people responsibility for the development of the service area. You drive all aspects of service development and you work with your team and the respective vendor (s) to develop solutions and optimize the service area. You will contribute to optimizing our processes and our ways of working and ensure we meet the business- and end user needs. You work in close collaboration with Application Development , Test Services and Release Planning to ensure seamless interaction. To your help you have a team of specialists.

Do you have managerial experience and an excellent understanding of business, processes and the ability to see the big picture? If you also have high levels of motivation and integrity, you could very well be the person we are looking for.

We believe that you have experience from:

- large scale IT development projects
- large scale complex sourced environments with 24x7 global delivery models in multiple time zones
- commercial interaction with third-party IT service providers; operationally, tactically and strategically
- working in a leadership role in a global IT business environment
- working cross-functionally, creating trust and building relationships
- core technologies and ASM delivery
- Agile and waterfall methods

You are a senior profile, capable of liaising effectively with a broad range of stakeholders. As we are in a phase of building our organization to meet future business need your experience from working with change management in a changing environment is vital.
