Service Manager IT Management

As a Service Manager, you will be a part of the Service Management-organization within IT at Ikano Bank. You will be responsible for managing Ikano Bank’s IT Deliveries within IT Management tools by collaborating with business, internal IT, external service suppliers and end-user stakeholders. We work with lean and agile methods, and part of the role is acting interim Product Owner, together with the Program management team of IT Management.

In this position your main responsibilities will be:

• Responsible for development, life cycle management and service of IT Management tools – including ServiceNow, SailPoint and other IT Management tools
• Ensure that the company-wide ITIL-processes (incident, problem, change, configuration and service transition) are governed, measured, developed and maintained. To support this, you will have access to an outsourced team with expertise in the respective fields.
• Drive the alignment and development of the processes to DevOps and hybrid cloud / on-prem environment. It is essential to achieve high level of automation and meeting business needs, while not compromising with regulatory and security requirements.
• Thru the role Product Owner ensure that business and IT requirements are captured and implemented in a timely manner.
• Secure IT Service performance according to Service Level Agreement
• Financial management of concerned services
• Support in audit work and ensure that potential findings are dealt with in an appropriate way.

Development and operations of all tools and applications are managed by 3rd parties; you will consequently engage with and manage relevant supplier teams.

Are you the one for Ikano?

You have 10+ years’ experience in IT, service management, including project management, and good knowledge in change management- You have the ability to balance business understanding with in-depth competence in the area of Service Management, as well as working in a complex multiple vendor environment.

You have a minimum of Bachelor’s degree within the area of Technology, Economics, or similar sciences. Professional Certifications in relevant ICT standards are a plus, in for example ITIL, project management, architecture and agile development areas.

You preferably have experience and competence within the area of banking and/or experience of working with IT Transformation.
