Your Role:
As a Service Manager, you'll be at the forefront of ensuring our customers' success. You'll lead a team of skilled professionals, oversee service agreements, and drive continuous improvement. Your expertise will be crucial in maintaining the smooth operation of our FerryCHARGER systems, ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor a high-performing team of service professionals.
Oversee service agreements and ensure adherence to contract terms.
Manage spare parts inventory and coordinate with manufacturing units.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.

Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Service Manager or in a similar role within the transportation industry.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Technical proficiency in ferry charging systems or related technologies.
A passion for innovation and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
