Your mission
In this position, you ensure that services are established, delivered and continually improved in line with business needs and expectations. This includes:
Ensuring a structured and efficient delivery of assigned services and products according to agreed SLAs/OLAs
Ensuring supplier performance
Providing relevant service reporting
Estimating costs for service operations
Managing tactical planning for service delivery
Acting as point of escalation for any operational issues related to the service

This position is located in either Sandviken or Kista, although you must be present in Sandviken at least a few days per week.
Your character
We’re looking for someone with at least five years’ experience from working as Service Manager – or in a similar role – within Office 365. You have an IT-degree, or the equivalent experience gained from a working career. You also have leadership skills combined with skills in management of outsourced services and financial management, and the ability to lead and co-ordinate people. As we’re a global player, you’re fluent in English, while knowledge in Swedish is beneficial.
You’re responsible and driven, and your ability to see the bigger picture allows you to see important synergies and take action on them. You communicate and collaborate in a clear and involving way - both with your team and internal third parties, as customer relations is an important part of the job.
