As a Service Manager, you will lead your own portfolio of NetSuite ERP customers. Your role plays a crucial part in aligning customer needs with our internal resources. You will be dedicated to handling incidents and service deviations with exceptional customer service, all while maximizing the value of our services for the customers.
In this dynamic role, you will also manage client-specific roadmaps, resourcing your customer's ERP development and projects, and oversee contracts and invoicing. Additionally, in smaller development projects, you may also step into the role of a project manager. You will collaborate closely with our consultants and international partners, bridging the gap between internal stakeholders and customers.

In this key role, we believe that you need to have good problem-solving skills, but also the ability to work under pressure and manage stress. You thrive in a dynamic growth environment, where you are able to prioritize, and shift focus between a more strategic overall picture and practical ad hoc tasks. You see possibilities in changes, have the ability to adapt, and want to grow with the organization.
With our international work environment and customers, we expect you to be fluent in English, both written and spoken. For this position, we are firstly looking for people based in Finland, Sweden, Norway, or UK.
Why join Staria?

We offer a workplace where you can have fun and do well and we have received Future Workplaces certification as proof of our excellent employee experience. You will become a part of a stable and successful business and join a low-hierarchical, fast-growing organization. We take our work seriously, but we do it with a twinkle in our eyes.
Flexibility is essential to us. We offer flexible working hours and a hybrid working model, allowing you to work from home, multiple offices across the Nordic countries, and even abroad for parts of the year. We believe in the value of team bonding and organize monthly office breakfasts, team days, and other engaging events.
