Scania is now undergoing a transformation from being a supplier of trucks, buses and engines to a supplier of complete and sustainable transport solutions.

In 2020, Power Solutions delivered almost 11 000 engines. This successful growth is expected to increase even further and will put high demands on Scania to provide premium services and service network coverage to our customers. Your role


• Act as the commercial service interface between Power Solutions, our business units and global OEM customers and be the main point of contact in service related questions and issues.
• For global OEM customers the team has a key account service responsibility and an important role in handling the communication in regards to field quality issues and solutions. Another important role is supporting the global OEM customers with a good service set-up either being supported by the Scania network or by self-service both in existing markets as well as new markets contributing to further growth of the service business.
• Support our business units in their way of working in order to maximise end user uptime and tap the full potential of the Power Solutions service market. This includes driving cross-functional development of new tools, processes and services.
• In order to develop services that will benefit the service business you will have a close cooperation with several other departments at Scania such as Parts and Services, Service Portfolio and Delivery, Service Information, Scania Academy and supporting teams within Power Solutions.


Your profile
We are looking for a driven and problem solution oriented person who enjoy working with people in a high-paced environment. You are willing to travel and have the ability to work in a multi-cultural setting with all levels of the organisation at customers and business units. You are service-minded and have the customer in focus. Experience from working in an international environment and with service related business is considered a merit. 

You have a commercial or technical university degree and master English with high proficiency. The combination of commercial and technical knowledge is important in this role so 5-10 years of commercial and technical work experience is required.
