We’re now looking for a Service Manager to play a significant role in this transformation journey. This job is based in Stockholm, although Sandviken could be an option for the right candidate. Are you ready for an entertaining challenge? Please - keep reading!
Your job
You’re one of three Service Managers in our small and competent team. You work closely with the Service Owner to ensure that our services in scope are efficiently delivered, and in line with agreed deliverables, service levels and strategies. Also, collaborating with Service Managers from other fields, you share experiences and work cross functional to deliver valuable results to the organization. Part of the transformation is focusing on our network service model and ensure that it’s aligned with our business needs and expectations.
The network governance is becoming transparent, and we want to involve the correct participants and agendas on a strategical, tactical, and operational level. With improved governance we aim to attain clear accountabilities and a collaborative global support model, ensuring both a satisfied business and employees. You take lead in this work, meaning you ensure cost efficient operations that are aligned with, and responsive to, the business demands, as well as secure and compliant. You also keep an ongoing communication with your customers and stakeholders, participate with your knowledge in relevant forums, and act as point of escalation for possible issues.
What you know and need – this is important 
Extensive experience from service management and service development
Outsourced services (WAN and LAN services) and financial management of the service/s
Process knowledge in ITIL
Stakeholder management
Excellent skills in English, verbal and written
Knowledge in Swedish is a plus
