Service Market Sweden is a function within the Swedish Market Company at Volvo Buses. Together with markets Norway, Finland and Denmark we form Volvo Buses Nordic organization. We are responsible to provide the best Service market support to our customers and dealers. The team consists of 10 highly skilled colleagues who are there for our customers and dealers and are not afraid of helping each other. We cover the whole Service Market business such as:
Technical support
Parts sales and support
Service contracts sales
Claims handling
Dealer development
Volvo Buses is now seeking a Service market customer support manager for the Swedish market
who has the drive and passion to contribute to Volvo Buses profitability.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Your focus areas will be to maintain and develop good customer relationships in the service market area. This may apply to ongoing issues but also to take a central active role in the planning and implementation of traffic starts. You will work closely with our field engineers and claim handlers and support them in both technical and commercial issues, often in meetings with customers and dealers.
You will also have an internal responsibility to coordinate campaigns and be our main responsible for our part of customers' SQA process (Supplier Quality Assurance).
You will develop, update and maintain our dealer portal where relevant information for dealers is posted. Keeping customer registers in tools related to the service market is also included in this role.
This is a key role and you will work closely with our customers and dealers, but also with the sales team, product development and a campaign department etc.
The position reports to the Service Market manager in Sweden

Required knowledge/experience
We think that you have operational experience from the automotive service business.
You are structured and a good networker with a commercial and technical understanding.
You want to create value for Volvo, dealers and customers and see the benefit in collaborating with multiple partners to solve issues and achieve business goals.
You are creative and proactive with a positive attitude and have a drive for creating a good customer relation.
To be successful in your new role we want you to have the following knowledge/experience:
Commercial mindset and understanding of the Bus customer needs
Be able to discuss technical issues with customers and dealers
A highly customer focused attitude
Self-motivated
Team player with networking skills
University/Master’s degree in engineering or equivalent
Great communication skills in Swedish and English, spoken and written
Experience of working with dealers and customers
