We are now strengthening our team with a Service Market Feature Leader who has experience from the Engineering and Aftermarket areas.
You will be working alongside with our Marine Product Planners, supporting our Customers and Business Partners by specifying their needs in our Projects.
You will be an important player supporting our Business Partners to be number one in uptime which will contribute to our customers success!

One important part of this relation is the focus on the Service Market needs (requirements) and the fulfillment of these within our projects. In our development of new, sustainable and connected products and solutions, the service market aspects are of great importance to secure already from start.
As a Service Market Feature Leader, you will contribute to this by taking on the role as a Key player specifying the Service Market requirements and needs in the Target Description together with our Product Planners. You will specify targets & requirements, follow-up in the projects and be a speaking partner for the project and product planning, for them to gain an understanding of the Service Market needs and requirements.
Main activities and responsibilities:
Be the center of knowhow and support product planners with specifying and coordinating the service market related chapters in the RnD related project target descriptions. This includes:
Support Set-Up, Service Methods and Instructions, Service and Repair kits, Repair Methods and Instructions, Fault tracing and Diagnostics Methods, Installation information, Operator information, Workshop information, Parts information, Technical support set-up, Technical Training, Parts availability/readiness, Reman, Parts lifetime, Tools etc.
Manage the translation of targets into firm project requirements for the project, and support the balancing of such
Work closely with the delivering parties in the development of solutions that shall meet the targets/requirements
Follow-up progress and target fulfilment throughout the project
Be responsible for project deliverables needed from the Service Market Marine organization
Work closely with stakeholders within Global Parts & Service, Project Managers, Product Planning and Product Development in all above

Required knowledge, experience:
Clear communication, verbally and in writing
Teaching background or experience
Strong supporter in Digitalization
Knowledge of the Service Market/Aftermarket business and workshop environment
Background of working in global x x-functional global development teams
Skilled in Product Development Processes
Fluent in Swedish and English, both written and spoken
Personal qualities:
A passion for problem solving and finding solutions
Strong relationship building skills
A strategic and long-term approach to develop the Service Market requirements and needs
Team oriented and with the ability to work alone
Ability to manage peaks in workload
