Job summary
Responsible for customer satisfaction, penetration, sales and profitability of Uptime and Parts services including parts volumes and profitability for selected dealer markets.
Work together with the commercial manager and Head of market area as part of a cross-functional team together with distribution partners and regional functions to drive the agreed strategic business targets and dealer change management.
Support the regional functions in prioritization of needs and agreed activity plans within assigned markets.
With high level of business acumen, holistic view and continuous improvement approach, collaborate closely with colleagues and dealer partners to reach the targets.
Job content
Develop a high performing dealer network for selected dealer markets, in close collaboration with retail development function
Drive and develop a value adding partnership relationship with its dealer partners
Develop the Uptime and Parts capability with assigned dealers to reach wanted targets in parts and services penetration as well as customer satisfaction
Actively support the development and implementation of company’s targets for uptime and parts, as well support targets for productivity services
Break down the plans into activities and drive implementation, initiate corrective actions as necessary
Drive customer satisfaction, Uptime and Parts services penetration, parts volume and price in the assigned markets
Secure dealer parts and service readiness at product launch
Drive launches of Uptime and Parts services according to plans
Planning and execution of partnership development meetings (PDP) to improve the overall partnership performance on the market
Through continuous presence in the assigned markets ensure a high level of market knowledge of, competitors, local pricing levels, trade regulations, customer expectations and market standard
Be an active member of the commercial market area team
Collaborate closely with regional functions to communicate market needs and requirements and set the framework for functional interaction with dealers
Required knowledge and experience
University degree or appropriate academic qualification
Min. 5 years experience in CE sales or aftermarket management
5+ years of relevant experience from the CE Industry, minimum commercially and partnership development
Experience in development of business plans and execution
Good understanding of the dealers’ operation
Strong networking and relationship management
A passion for people and organizational development
Willing to travel on frequent basis
