Job summary
Responsible for customer satisfaction, parts & service penetration, sales and profitability of Uptime and Parts services including parts volumes and profitability for selected dealer markets.
Work together with the commercial manager and Head of market area as part of a cross-functional team together with distribution partners and regional functions to drive the agreed strategic business targets and dealer change management.
Support the regional functions in prioritization of needs and agreed activity plans within assigned markets.
With high level of business acumen, holistic view and continuous improvement approach, collaborate closely with colleagues and dealer partners to reach the targets.
Job content
Develop a high performing dealer network for selected dealer markets, in close collaboration with retail development function
Drive and develop a value adding partnership relationship with its dealer partners
Actively support the development and implementation of company’s targets for uptime and parts, as well support targets for productivity services
Drive customer satisfaction, Uptime and Parts services penetration, parts volume and price in the assigned markets.
Secure dealer parts and service readiness at product launch.
Planning and execution of partnership development (PDP) to improve the overall partnership performance on the market
Through continuous presence in the assigned markets ensure a high level of market knowledge of competitors, local pricing levels, trade regulations, customer expectations and market standard
Collaborate closely with regional functions to communicate market needs and requirements and set the framework for functional interaction with dealers
Required knowledge or competence
University degree or appropriate academic qualification
4 years experience in aftermarket in BtoB environment
Has shown a business mindset
Good understanding of the dealers’ operation
Strong collaboration & networking capability
A passion for people and organizational development
Has an appetite and knowledge for new technology
Embrace the sustainability journey in all its dimensions
Has a holistic view
Accountability: take the full ownership on all actions
Action oriented: focus on defining priorities and executing timely
Willing to travel on frequent basis
