Service-minded Administrative Assistant to EU-agency

Perido is now looking for an Administrative Assistant for our client, an independent and important agency of the European Union. This position is placed at their office in Stockholm.

As an Administrative Assistant your top four tasks are as follows:

• Receiving and processing incoming calls, mail and documentation
• Organizing and coordinating appointments, telephone conferences, meetings and business trips
• Taking minutes, preparing and finalizing letters, text editing
• Electronic and paper document management (filing, scanning, typing, mailing, archiving)

To be able to perform your tasks at your best, you are required to have excellent communication skills. This includes both oral and written English as well as the ability to communicate efficiently at all levels internally and externally in an appropriate manner. Your high level of service orientation allows you to quickly see what needs to be done in every situation and benefits your collaborative abilities. Some days will be more stressful than others, which demands that you are capable to organize and prioritize under pressure. The ability to take initiative as well as managing responsibilities and confidential information with a high level of discretion is essential for this role

Required qualifications

• Post-secondary education and relevant professional experience
• Proven experience as an administrative assistant/secretary, preferably in a multicultural working environment
• Excellent skills in preparing correspondence and other documentation
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
• Good numeral skills and experience using spreadsheets, tables of figures and basic financial planning skills
• Excellent communication skills in English, both oral and written

Contract type and hours
Full time assignment with start as soon as possible until the end of July, with possible extensions.
