About The Role
You will be part of the development team, with responsibility for the overall design of our ServiceNow platform within Scania. We have one of Sweden’s most exciting ServiceNow implementation ongoing in multiple areas in the platform.
You will contribute to the team with development and configuration, and we expect you to act as a mentor and coach for your colleagues. You will work within a large cross functional tribe of developers, product owners, solution architects and more. You will be involved in, and drive stakeholder dialogues to capture demand, manage expectations and collect user feedback, in the areas of HR, ITSM, CSM and FSM.
Responsibilities
• Manage key stakeholders both inside and outside the organization effectively
• Create and maintain a technical governance strategy.
• Working with the ServiceNow engagement team to remove technical debt and conform to ServiceNow best practices to ensure the instance's health
• Facilitate workshops or meetings to collect requirements, present and validate solutions, and test the customer's configurations
• Configure and design workflows on key business ServiceNow platform modules (ITSM, CSM, HRSD, FSM, GRC)
• Use automation to optimize processes, create efficiencies, and improve productivity
Required Skills/Certifications:
• Hold ServiceNow System Administrator and/or and ServiceNow Implementation Specialist certifications
• Experience configuring and supporting the ITSM, CSM, HRSD, GRC modules
