Your responsibilities
Responsibility for the High Voltage Service Profit Center in Sweden with 20MUSD annual revenues
Accountability for all financial KPIs of the unit, such as Orders Received, Revenues, Operational Profit, Workforce, Cash Flow and Productivity
Definition and implementation of your unit service strategy to achieve growth in the domestic market in Sweden as well as in export with an attractive AIS service concept. Development and promotion of retrofits for the ASEA GIS installed base.
Leadership, motivation and development of a team of 50 employees in Sweden
Definition of the global standards in terms of service concepts, certification, spare parts pricing and field service localization for AIS under the guidance of the Global Product Group PGHV Service and the Hub Service Manager.
Building relationships with internal and external customers and ensuring effective ongoing client growth and satisfaction. Further development of the service portfolio based on voice of customer and ensuring that serviceability is considered in new product development
HSE & Integrity: Leading by example in all matters of HSE, integrity and compliance

Your background
A Bachelor or Master’s degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering combined with Business Administration.
Extensive experience in the service of capital goods
Great market and sales orientation
Strategic expertise (definition and implementation)
Excellent leadership skills – at least 5 years experience in leading teams
Fluency in English, whereas other languages are a plus
Foresight, visions and innovative ideas for business development in the field of service
