We are looking for a Service Operations Capability Driver. Join us and be part of our Service Growth Strategy within Business Segment Industrial. We have a dedicated focus on our important service technician field force and service operations. The service technician community are the very heart of our service business and they are the ones facing our customers every day.

In this position you will belong to a dynamic team with the responsibility to turn capability strategies related to the service operations area into reality.
Your main role will be to lead capability and engagement activities across our service field force to increase engagement, improve service delivery capabilities of our service technicians – to drive increased customer satisfaction through service delivery excellence. In this cross-functional role you will work in a global environment and across the company including close collaboration with our regions and sales companies.
What you will be doing.
Lead creation, drive and follow up of service delivery capability roadmap including job descriptions, career paths and development plans
Efficient onboarding process with focus on technical skills and customer service attitude
Define and drive new ways of successfully hiring new service engineers and share practises across sales companies and regions
Lead creation, drive and follow up of the field force global engagement model. Establish and drive community for service engineers in relevant channel.
Lead capability maturity assessments for service delivery across sales companies and regions
Lead customer experience analysis and improvements related to field force
Participate in Health & Safety policies and related activities
Establish value foundation and statements around Service Culture. Define and implement framework, activities and network to strengthen the Service Culture.
What are your competence, experience and personality traits?
You have a Human resources or Behavioural science knowledge and/or experience.
High level business and experience within the segment of industrial, high-speed, high-performance & commercial doors or similar are required to understand the market and service technicians.
Technical English is required. Travelling for 30-60% of the time will be needed. The role require that you have a good knowledge of the Office tools. It is preferable if you have experience from ERP systems.
We are looking for you with an analytical and strategic mind-set. You are experienced in and have the ability to work in a matrix organization and taking on an informal leadership role. You have an ability to work cross cultural and adapt to different business environments.
