Role and responsibilities
Manage critical situations & collaborate with I/T and business stakeholders towards resolution.
Manage resource requirements, new service requirements and changes to scope.
Track and deliver status reports including Metrics and KPIs on SLAs.
Ensure that project related pending issues are tracked and resolved.
Own the service level performance across the technology tracks.
Participate in Service Review Meetings.
Produce consolidated Service Level Reports that highlights operational performance of the support groups and the overall engagement.
Coordinate & drive critical business events such as month-end, quarter-end & year-end.
Together with the customer, resolve any service level disputes and produce a preventive action plan.
