ASSIGNMENT
As Service Operations manager you are responsible for all aspects of IT service delivery for your assigned services within the Business Solution Area of Group Functions. These Solution Areas are; Make IKEA a great workplace, Optimize business performance and Provide IKEA people with solutions.

You will secure day-to-day operations of applications and infrastructure within your area. You will contribute to project success by providing competence and securing receiver actions for service transition. You will be working closely together with stakeholders to secure IT service deliveries to IKEA. You contribute in governance forums, steering groups and other forums connected to the solution area.

You lead your line organization as well as the IT service dimension for your solution area within Operations & Shared Services.
