Would you like to ensure high quality in reporting and reconciliation for our customers' investments? We are now looking for a Service Operations Officer , Investment Product Services, Sweden to join our team within Investment Product Services and take on the challenge of reconciling over 3000 accounts and ISINs, and verifying the correctness of regulatory reports sent directly to customers concerning their investments.

About this opportunity

Welcome to the Reporting & Reconciliation Services team. We add value by investigating issues in the fund trading flow and safe guarding that static and transaction data is correct in customer reports before it reaches our customers. You’ll play a valuable role in supporting both our customers but also internal stakeholders within IT, Investment Center, and Nordea Funds, to name a few.

What you’ll be doing:
* Supporting the reconciliation of the mutual fund trading flow in Sweden, Norway and Finland
* Ensuring the correctness of regulatory customer reports by verifying data
* Contributing to improvements of our processes and anchoring the improvements in our SOPs
* Collaborating with colleagues within Investment Product Services and in other parts of Nordea to solve issues related to our daily business
* Participating in and/or drive projects within our teams' and units' scope


You’ll join a team where an analytical and risk aware mindset is key and where new problems pop up and are being solved on daily basis. The role is based in Stockholm.

Your experience and background: 
* Experience from reconciliation and/or customer reporting
* An interest in investment products and their value chain
