About the Job
As a Service Operations Owner you will lead and define the agenda to secure all aspects of IT Service Delivery for your assigned area.
About the Assignment
You will be responsible for overseeing IT Service performance in accordance with service level agreements, management of supplier operational delivery and budgets for the assigned services, IT support, execution of life cycle management and IT Service continuity management,
You will secure day-to-day operations of applications and infrastructure within your area in order to deliver excellent user experienced availability.
You will be the speaking partner towards business and projects, building trustful relations and good co-operation.
You manage efficient ways of working and collaboration with stakeholders within Business Solution and Operations & Shared Services to safeguard running business to IKEA.
The position is a fulltime position and you will report to a Service Operation Manager in Helsingborg or Älmhult.
