About You
To be successful in this role, we believe you have:
Experience of IT/Technology service operations and management including release management
Knowledge and experience of toolsets used to manage and monitor applications and infrastructure
Familiarity with Intelligent Automation technologies (RPA, RDA, AI, ML, Chabot etc.) and tools (UiPath & Microsoft Power Platform)
Ability to work in a culturally diverse and inclusive environments
Ability to work well within a multi-disciplinary team structure, but also independently
Good written and verbal communication skills

You should also be able to make advanced technical solutions understood and embraced by both technical and non-technical co-workers.

About the job
The Intelligence Automation Centre of Excellence has the assignment to create value by providing automation solutions and simplify the life of our IKEA co-worker, working hand in hand with the business and product teams.
This position will cover essential duties and responsibilities:
Support all aspects of IT service delivery within the assigned area, e.g., operations, IT support and IT Service continuity management.
Lead and operate in all aspects of IT Service Delivery including ensuring compliance with legislations, policies, and other requirements.
Continually review and align license forecast and to ensure license compliance.
Secure that users have relevant, user friendly and reliable solutions that helps them achieve their business goals.
Arrange with business support including access management, user education, and troubleshooting and system operations.
Monitor service level fulfilment and act on deviations and risks.
Take responsibility for the life cycle management of assigned solutions.
Establish a continuous improvement plan for your solutions by evaluating and prioritizing controls and efficiency and effectiveness of IT process support together with stakeholders.
Co-ordinate & lead support team (Onshore/Offshore).
Ensure first & second level support.
Ensure a proper Vendor management approach.
