RIght now we are looking for a service owner - application support engineer for a consulting assignment to a costumer based in Stockholm.
Start: ASAP
End: 31/03/2024
Work load: 100%
The assignment will mostly be carried out on site but 30% remote work is allowed.
Responsibilities:
- Be accountable for that the service(s) over time deliver value and meet stakeholders expectations and business’ needs
- Ensure cost efficient, stable and sustainable service operation and delivery
- Performs defined tasks to monitor service delivery against service level agreements and reports on status
- Service life cycle planning and follow up: Service roadmap, demand and capacity management, and prioritizes improvements
- Keep information of the service(s) up to date
- Cooperate and agree deliveries with underpinning supporting services, solutions, functions and processes
- Analyze service and component availability, reliability, maintainability and serviceability in order to find possibilities to improve
