Service Owner - Multichannel/eCommerce

In order to strengthen our eCommerce capabilities we are now looking for

Service Owners to our Multichannel/Ecommerce unit within the IKEA IT Delivery. The overall target of the unit is to secure the end-to-end service delivery of our e Commerce and WEB services. We shall ensure that the services are available at all times, that the performance is outstanding and meets our customer´s expectations

As a Service Owner you take lead in securing successful deliveries of new functionality and maintenance for a specific service within the Multichannel/eCommerce area. You are responsible for Life Cycle Management and compliance and work in close cooperation with internal and external stakeholders. You represent IT delivery in Business Steering Groups and are responsible for budgeting and forecasting within your service area.

Assignment Service Owner

- Optimize the overall efficiency with focus on cost and simplicity.
- Procure new development services from IT delivery vendors.
- Secure and follow up progress from selected delivery vendors both regarding maintenance and new development.
- Responsible for Life Cycle Management and compliance with business SLA.
- Budgeting and forecasting.
- Represent IT delivery in Business Steering Groups

- Extensive management experience from an application management perspective.
- Experience from working with a large scale web solution.
- Experience of working with a complex distributed landscape for a global company of IKEA?s size.
- Extensive experience of agile ways of working.
