We are now looking for a Service Owner to our Network Operations team who will be a part of developing the Network services area and challenge the status quo. You will work in an innovative environment, finding new solutions and driving out-of-the-box ideas. This role will require hands-on activities as well as team leadership and strategic planning.

The Network Operations function is part of the Digital Worklife product area & Enterprise Services Domain. Enterprise Services strives to harmonies strategy, technology, and operations across domains and boundaries, creating an intuitive and symphonic digital enterprise.
This role will specifically be a part of the Digital Foundation area, which is responsible for developing, delivering, and maintaining infrastructure services that enable the enterprise business operations of Polestar. The Network Operations team is responsible for the global network delivery and is continuously improving the network infrastructure services of Polestar. The Digital Foundation area and Network Operations are driven by business needs and the vision of an easy-to-use, high-performing and modern infrastructure service.
You will lead the Network Operations team with the aim of evolving and shaping the global Network services together with the Digital Lead, to serve the wider Enterprise community at Polestar with the flexibility to adapt to future needs.
As the Network Operations Service Owner you will be responsible for the execution of deliverables and roadmap for the Network service. The role also includes translating business objectives and needs set by Digital Lead, Digital Product Manager (DPM) and business stakeholders into technical deliverables and features, as such. The Service Owner is an executor and the visionary force behind the technical solution/service, working closely with the business stakeholders, end users and other Enterprise areas to deliver new or updated digital services/platforms.

What you’ll do
You will be responsible for daily execution and planning within the digital team, which includes coordinating and delegating the team's responsibilities and working proactively with removing obstacles to team deliverables. You will work with the Digital Lead in service evolution, continuous improvement and setting requirements towards service providers
It also includes setting the Digital Service’s technical direction with the business vision, needs and objectives in collaboration with Digital Lead, suppliers, and other Enterprise Service Leads.
You will also:
- Mentoring and coaching for the Identity team members and engage hands-on in the daily operations of the team
- Establish/organize the team’s service operations, including elements such as, releases, end user training, service transition and incident management (KB, SLA levels
- Supporting the team in problem-solving, balancing priorities and clarifying trade-offs
Who you are
We are looking for someone with strong collaboration and communication skills in cross-functional teams and towards stakeholders. You should also have proven knowledge and experience of working in a similar role, understanding standard precision practices, technology and supporting industry principles. You are a person with a problem solving and service minded attitude and you have an easy way of understanding the bigger picture and can break it down into deliveries.
To be a great fit for this position we believe you:
- Have 5+ years of experience in information technology or a business function related to Network and Infrastructure
- Are seen as well-oriented within the technical components of Network and Infrastructure concepts at the same time as you are a seasoned technical leader with deep insights and experience in managing global digital managed services
- Proven experience and responsibility working with outsourcing partners and supplier relations
- Have experience in agile ways of working, as well as strong skills in managing technical priorities within the backlog and certifications or hands-on experience from relevant Service Delivery frameworks/practices is qualifying
