We are currently looking for a Service Owner - Storage & Compute to join our team!

About the role
As the Service Owner for Storage & Compute, you will be responsible for the execution of the short-term deliverables and long-term roadmap for the Storage & Compute service. The service operates the Microsoft Azure platform based on Cloud Adoption Framework, and you will continually work with multiple entities within the business, the global Digital organization, and other stakeholders. You will also translate business objectives set by Digital Lead and Digital Product Manager into technical deliverables and features, as such, the Service Owner for Storage & Compute is an executor and the visionary force behind the technical solutions, working closely with Solution Architects, Technical Specialists and other resources that are involved in the delivery of the services.
The Storage & Compute Team
The Storage & Compute team belongs within the Digital Foundation area and you as the Service Owner for Storage & Compute will be able to influence how the team should operate by building this new function from the start. You will be working closely together with other teams within the Digital Foundation and Digital Workplace area such as Network, Identity and Collaboration.
What you will do
- Be responsible for daily execution and planning within the Digital Storage & Compute team, including coordinating and delegating the team's responsibilities (requirements, architecture, deliveries, quality etc.) and working proactively with removing obstacles to team deliverables
- Be Responsible for highlighting resource needs to the Digital Lead (e.g., recruitment needs, initiatives, licenses, etc.)
- Setting the Digital Storage & Compute’s technical direction with the business vision and objectives in collaboration with the Solution Architect and aligning this with the Digital Lead
- Mentoring and coaching for the team members, partially by being hands on and engage in the development of the Digital Storage & Compute service
- Thought partner for the Digital Lead in feature creation and acceptance criteria, and communicate trade-offs effectively with various competence groups
- Supporting the team in problem-solving, balancing priorities and clarifying trade-offs
- Establish/organize your team's development process, including elements such as, releases, product demos, end-user training and workshops
Who you are (experience)
- Project management experience desired
- ITIL Foundation experience with ITIL based Service Delivery
- Experience managing teams of IT resources
- Experience with setting up and managing global Digital managed services
- Experience defining Digital strategy / roadmaps
- Experience improving operational processes and reducing TCO
- Have proven knowledge of standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the relevant area of business
- Technical expertise and experience from managing and developing cloud infrastructure platforms in Azure
- Experience working with PaaS/IaaS services
- Experience from Microsoft Cloud Adoption Framework and Enterprise Scale
- 5+ years of architectural experience within:
- Microsoft Security services
- Microsoft Azure Cloud Services
- Microsoft Azure AD
