Job Description
Are you an experienced Service Owner (or equivalent) that wants to shape service delivery on a global level concerning tech service and support? Then this is the opportunity for you!
At H&M Group we are on a digital transformation journey and all our teams need access to the best possible services. In our agile organisation the product team “Application Run Service” are responsible for end-to-end service delivery. The team deals with service portfolio management, service roadmap, prioritizes initiatives, budgets, negotiations with partners and vendors, and authorization of the release of new service capabilities.
Responsibilities
As a Service Owner you will set the foundation and be a great part of creating our future solutions for the team who aims to have a helicopter view upon how operation is working together with many different of products. You will be working closely with the Service Team and Product Team to set the way of working and collaboration in an efficient way. You will handle a complex cross functional service delivery from both inhouse and vendor perspective, giving you the overall view in order to achieve service mission. You will also be accountable for that the service(s) over time deliver value and meet stakeholders’ expectations and business’ needs. Furthermore, you will:
Ensure cost efficient, stable and sustainable service operation and delivery
Performs defined tasks to monitor service delivery against service level agreements and reports on status
Service life cycle planning and follow up: Service roadmap, demand and capacity management, and prioritizes improvements
Keep information of the service(s) up to date
Cooperate and agree deliveries with underpinning supporting services, solutions, functions and processes
Analyze service and component availability, reliability, maintainability and serviceability in order to find possibilities to improve
Who are you?

You have a solid understanding of the service life cycle and the ability to communicate and understand complexed service deliveries, knowing the importance to evaluate and evolve in order to create value. We believe you have excellent stakeholder management skills and have led cross functional teams in an agile environment. You have the ability to create partnership and drive collaboration with both internal and external parties.

DevOps, Cloud operations, Automation
Information Technology Infrastructure Library, ITIL
Service architecture, offerings and agreements
Deep understanding of underlying technical solutions
