About the assignment:

Description
Our client is looking for a Service Owner. As the Service Owner for MacOS you will take the role to operate and support the MacOS environment, as well as implementing the new way of working in this area together with your colleagues and internal customers
Work tasks:
- Drive and implement continues improvements of the MacOS environment.
- Operate and support the MacOS Platform, listen to feedback from usera and drive continious improvements.
- Functions as 3rd line for MacOS Digital Workplace users.
- Solve vulnerabilities on the MacOS platform, based on vulnerability scans.
- Work closely with the Service Delivery Manager and MacOS Operations team (external partner) to streamline operational processes and improve the MacOS Operations and Support.
Mandatory competence and experience:
- Expert knowledge in Intune; Device Management and Application Management.
- Expert knowledge of macOS management and deployment
- Expert knowledge of scripting (AppleScript, Shell, Bash, PowerShell etc) for automation.
- Demonstrable experience in software packaging and deployment,
- Experience with Apple Device Enrollment Program.
- Strong problem-solving experience to effectively troubleshoot/diagnose complex issues
- Knowledgeable in supporting Microsoft Office 365 and Azure Conditional Access
- English
Preferred competence and experience:
- Experience with Munki is a plus.
- experience of implementing/managing Enterprise MacOS in a medium/large global environment.
- The 'soft skill', being a teamplayer, being able to present and discuss solutions with our customers and colleageus are equally important as the more technical skills.
