Description

The client is now looking for a Service Owner with good knowledge of ITIL Processes. Service Desk Area is responsible for all first line support to all colleagues. Besides providing call center based support we also own and manage services that are connected to or is a part of a support flow.

Work tasks:

- Oversee that the daily operations runs smooth
- Own, develop, manage, and represent the Store Professional Services across the service life cycle
- Follow up and reporting to and from internal and external stakeholders
- External vendor management and relationship
- Leading staff


Mandatory competence and experience:

- Experience from similar role - ownership of a service that is used in many countries.
- Good knowledge of ITIL Processes related to Service Delivery and Support
- Office 365 and Teams
- Understanding of Agile concepts and way of working
- Fluid English is mandatory,


Preferred competence and experience:

- Experience from project management
- Development of supporting organizations
- Swedish.


Preferred personal qualities:

- Ability to keep up with a changing context
- Ability to take responsibility, work proactively and continuously improve
- Straight forward approach and a direct way of communicating
- Self-organized with a holistic approach and mindset
