Would you like to combine system development with a Service Owner role? Here is an opportunity to take on a role as Service Owner/Developer at Lindab, where you spend your time within both system development and service management within Transport Management.
About the position
Lindab contributes with products and services to provide better indoor climate, simplified construction and more sustainable buildings. The group of companies will upgrade their Dynamics AX system to Cloud based Dynamics 365 within the coming five years. In the role as Service Owner/Developer you are part of the group Architecture & BI Services in the central IT-department. You will be responsible for the services of Transport Management and Customs & Transport Documents, plus see to that Lindab have the best system support within Logistics and Transportation. Up to 80% of your time you will work with hands-on system and integration development within Transport Management and other services. During the five-year transition phase of moving to Dynamics 365, the hands-on system development is planned to be phased out, due to that internal developed applications will be migrated to Dynamics 365 and/or software publishers (ISV). When Dynamics 365 is fully implemented the role is planned to be 100% within Service Management.
Who are you?
To take on this role you have a minimum of 2-3 years’ experience from system development working with C#, SQL and SSRS, in areas such as logistics and/or manufacturing and distribution. It is an advantage with service management experience within the same areas, plus development skills in JavaScript, Knockout, MVVM and SSIS. We believe that you are structured, committed and result focused. You are communicative and service minded plus can see the big picture. You speak and write English fluently, and probably also Swedish. The role is based in Grevie, Båstad, but it might be possible to work out of Malmö with presence needed in Grevie several days a week.
