Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Service Manager/Owner who is experienced with application management and development in an outsourced environment and work within Digital workplace to lead the daily work and drive the development of the service forward.

What you'll do:
● Delegating and directing service tasks, monitoring the progress of current projects, and managing service team members to ensure the team's objectives and sales goals are met.
● Handling customer complaints or concerns quickly and professionally to maintain good customer relationships and ensure repeat customers.
● Resolving service desk problems and improving service methods to increase the service desk's productivity and customer service.
● Maintaining strong relationships with manufacturers, dealers, and sales representatives.
● Monitoring department issues and client complaints to create methods to lessen recurring issues.
Who you are:
● Possess at least 5 years of relevant professional experience, and experience of working in Digital Workplace.
● ave the ability to independently formulate, initiate, lead, drive and follow up on development initiatives and orders.
● Good knowledge of Microsoft 365, familiarity with telephony and knowledge of networks.
● Previously held a leadership role in IT. For example. Administrative manager, project manager, or Scrum Master.
● Have experience with application management and development in an outsourced environment.
● Excellent communication, teamwork skills, inter-personal and Organizational skills.
● Ability to manage several ongoing initiatives at the same time and according to priority shifts between these to create a whole.
