Sandvik IT is the Sandvik Group's internal company with responsibility for infrastructure, application development and systems management within the IT area. We are now looking for a Service Production Manager for Datacenter, a part of Global Shared Service. The position's location is flexible.

Key performance areas
As Service Production Manager you hold full management responsibility for Datacenter, including budget, delivery and quality. You also manage outsourcing environments, ensure delivery to customers and are accountable to management for all aspects of the service and service production. Defining the content of the service, following up on service levels internally and externally and ensuring the roadmap is followed regarding the function's priorities and communications are all significant parts of your job.

Your responsibilities further include:
- Creating and maintaining the service improvement plan
- Establishing good collaboration with key stakeholders and business representatives
- Contributing to the overall development of Infrastructure Services within GSS
- Organizing and distributing the work of virtual teams
- Responsibility for the work environment and safety and security, as well as health and rehabilitation
- Other administrative issues

The position includes frequent travelling.

Your profile
We are looking for someone holding a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or IT; alternatively you've acquired the equivalent knowledge elsewhere. You are experienced in global IT delivery and managing IT delivery to business. Being well suited for this role requires familiarity with our business, HR system and related processes, combined with solid experience from managerial roles. Furthermore, you have a good understanding of the Datacenter area, including Datacenter tools, general knowledge, processes and effective use. Excellent communication skills in English, in both speaking and writing, are prerequisite.
